LEADERSHIP REDEFINED

 

IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO BE AN EFFECTIVE LEADER, UNLESS YOU HAVE “WILLING FOLLOWERS”

Our current and recent clients including BHP, ANZ, Crown Ltd, Royal Australian Air Force, Ericsson and the Nine Network Australia, to name a few understand it is no longer adequate for their leaders to be just technically excellent.

As best said by a General Manager from a large multi-national participating in our leadership training:

“Job performance in our organisation will now relate to HOW the job gets done - not just IF the job gets done”.

Articulated by another participant, “my most important insight was that it is not good enough to just be a great accountant. I must be skilled at leading teams and managing people”.

Significantly, many people have reported that our training has been of great benefit both professionally and personally. They find themselves bringing home hightened levels of self-awareness, empathic understanding and attuned relationships.

Our programs are presented using a combination of methodologies and ‘sense making devices': practical frameworks and models, theoretical underpinning, personal reflection, video, group discussion and facilitator instruction.
